VLIR-UOS found out that a person in Uganda, under the name Anthony Kigozi, promotes scholarship opportunities related to or financed by VLIR-UOS (and sometimes Makerere university). He claims being in charge of selecting scholarship candidates in collaboration with VLIR-UOS, or sometimes with other agencies that grant scholarships. VLIR-UOS has no connection with this person and did not assign this person in any possible way.
Beware of fraud!
